Zendaris is a Hong Kong–based sourcing and export-trading company. We help manufacturers and operators source hardware from suppliers across Asia, manage quality and logistics, and import it into their market — with particular expertise in Brazil and the United States. We focus on the amusement, arcade, and self-service equipment industry.

We specialize in hardware for amusement, coin-op, and self-service equipment: VR attractions and simulators, arcade and redemption machines, claw and prize machines, self-service kiosks, vending and cashless payment modules, and the components and spare parts behind them — displays, controllers, motion hardware, and more.

We work with clients worldwide. Our deepest import expertise is in Brazil and the United States, the two markets where we have the most hands-on experience, but we source for buyers in other markets as well.

We are a sourcing and export-trading company, not a factory. We don't manufacture — we find and qualify the right suppliers, coordinate production and quality, and handle export and logistics on your behalf. That independence means we recommend the supplier that fits your product and budget, not a fixed production line.

It usually runs in four stages: first, we review your requirements, specifications, and target market; second, we identify and qualify suppliers; third, we coordinate production and quality inspection; and fourth, we handle consolidation, export documentation, and shipping to your destination. You have one point of contact throughout.

Lead times depend on the product, the supplier, and order volume. Once we understand your requirements, we'll give you a realistic production and shipping timeline before you commit.

We work with trusted, independent quality-inspection partners in China who check production against your specifications before goods ship. Catching issues at the factory — not after they arrive — is central to how we work.

Yes. We work with reliable storage partners and can consolidate shipments from multiple suppliers, so you receive a single, coordinated shipment rather than managing several separately.

We work with any viable Incoterm — EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, and others — depending on how much of the logistics chain you want us to manage. We'll recommend the arrangement that makes the most sense for your order and destination.

We know the Brazilian import landscape well — Siscomex procedures, NCM classification, the relevant taxes (II, IPI, ICMS, PIS/COFINS), and regulatory regimes such as Anatel and Inmetro. We don't issue these certifications ourselves, but we understand the requirements and work with specialized partners who handle homologation and certification, so your product is structured correctly before it reaches customs.

Yes. We're familiar with HTS classification, FCC requirements for electronic products, and US customs procedures. As in Brazil, we don't issue certifications directly, but we understand what's required and work with the right partners to keep your shipment compliant and moving.

Yes — it's one of the things that sets us apart. We accompany clients on supplier visits and factory audits in China and Hong Kong, and we host Chinese partners for technical visits and meetings in Brazil. With extensive China travel experience and full Portuguese and English fluency, we make sure nothing gets lost in translation — literally or commercially.

Yes. We're glad to sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect your product designs, supplier relationships, and commercial information. Confidentiality is standard practice for us.

No. We work only with amusement and redemption equipment — machines played for entertainment, not monetary gambling. We don't source slot machines or gambling hardware.
